Overhaul documentation of read_txt_wide #13

(in combination with read_txt_long() and possibly the corresponding write_*() function documentation)

A whole lot of the detail section should go into the vignette for this or other packages.

I understand that we're missing information for read_txt_long() and write_txt_long() in either hySpc.read.txt or hyperSpec package (depending on how we resolve issue # 227 of hyperSpec). However, I am not sure what information specifically.

As I understand, read_txt_wide() and read_txt_long() should be a part of hyperSpec and not hySpc.read.txt. So this issue should be transferred to https://github.com/r-hyperspec/hyperSpec What do you think @cbeleites, @bryanhanson?

I'm not familiar with these functions, so I have nothing useful to add.

OK, I think, we decided this here: https://github.com/cbeleites/hyperSpec/issues/277#issuecomment-778048491 So I'll transfer the issue. If something changes, we can move it again.
