Rename `spc.point.*()` → `locate_spc_point_*()` #46

Current name Rename to Note
spc.point.sqr → locate_spc_point_parabola_max hope, this reflects the essence well enough
spc.point.min → locate_spc_point_min
spc.point.max → locate_spc_point_max
spc.point.default → locate_spc_point_clicked Alternatively: locate_spc_point_default
