Create favicon for r-hyperspc organization #4

Favicon is an icon that is visible on a tab of a website, e.g., for https://r-hyperspec.github.io/ image

Currently, I took a modified stamp from my print-screen editing software image

Is this favicon OK or we should create something more unique for r-hyperspec?
