Thanks for earmarking! Another thing I was planning to look at after 4.6.0.

Since this is in r-lib, will I be able to release to the r-lib domain easily (i.e. bit64.r-lib.org), or is there some registration step that will be needed?

I've filed a ticket so the DNS will be ready in a day or two.

And we have a few notes on standard r-lib pkgdown config at https://tidytemplate.tidyverse.org/#tidyverse-and-r-lib.
