Nitpicks to get totally clean R CMD check #736

I'm working on a PR related to hyperlinks and the way we run package dev tasks in Positron terminals. And I wanted to make sure I started in a good place. These are a few picky things I found, presumably because I have lots of super pedantic options set locally.
