Changed from askpass to getPass for RStudio / knitr compatibility #117

This solves the RStudio / knitr issues.

This would solve Issue #116

Thanks! I don't like the Tk dialogs, so I would keep askpass. The Rmd issue should be fixed there, and the cited issue has a workaround that you can use now.
