Update to use latest {roxygen2}
Mention also the {cpp11} equivalent when {Rcpp} is mentioned
Add examples where none are included
Fix faulty function linking for some #' @seealso directives
Correct punctuation
Correct spelling mistakes

@gaborcsardi Btw, I had also created similar PRs for {rcmdcheck} (https://github.com/r-lib/rcmdcheck/pulls), but in a more fragmented way for the ease of review.
