Bump bioc version map #666

bumped BioC version map for R 4.1 from 3.13 -> 3.14
re-sync .Rd files (4 files out of date compared to .R roxygen) (2nd commit)

During devtools::check() I noticed that 4 *.Rd files were updated. I included the updated files in a separate commit to this PR for convenience, but if this is not desired I can nuke that commit and resubmit the PR.

I see now there's a GA that may cover the *.Rd generation.
