I would like to request a feature similar to find_treesmanual mode to have a manual mode for crown delineation. Yes, the current 3 algorithms work quite well, but sometimes there are some problems with some handful of the crowns. Hence, I would like to request a feature that not only allows manual selection and deletion of crown/hull polygons, and then also be able to delineate a correct approximation of that particular species crown by manually creating a polygon similar to the process in ArcGIS/QGIS.
Sorry it is not possible. With rgl we can only select rectangular regions of interest. With mapedit you can draw polygons on top of raster. It may fit your needs.
