Change rgl::rgl.* calls to rgl::*3d calls #651

The next release of rgl is the last one that will accept rgl::rgl.* calls. Following that one, most of them will be deprecated, and issue a warning if called. A discussion of the issues is currently available here: https://github.com/dmurdoch/rgl/blob/deprecated/vignettes/deprecation.Rmd . (That branch will be merged into the master branch after the upcoming release.)
