More syntactically clear patch plus IBM POWER #10

A bit more polished patch version with also added IBM POWER CPU's support (tested). I think better to commit this instead of previous.

Yes, latest patch covers SPARC at least up to SPARCv9 and most POWER architectures. Now this change can close and add to master.

Later I'll work with SPARC T and M processors (require to testing platform, not have yet ;))
