server: amqp2amqp_jsonline2bufrd have to manage more queue, not only one #322

We have more provider that needs format conversion. The problem is that network validation happen after format conversion and remove messages coming from trusted user publishing without user<->ident match. One solution is to have two amqp2amqp_jsonline2bufrd daemon
