Website update for the Production Universe #72

So everyone can follow the plan:

Currently our website at https://r-multiverse.org only mentions the Community universe at https://community.r-multiverse.org. This is now fully operational, including the mechanism to contribute packages, download packages etc. and will remain stable from now on. We welcome package authors wishing to publish on R-multiverse.

We are working on implementing the mechanics of a production-grade universe based on this, which will become available at https://production.r-multiverse.org. This next stage is generously supported by the R-Consortium.

When this is closer to fruition, we will update the website to clearly document the rationale for the Production universe and what users may expect.

The website has now been updated.

We intend to further refine it, but it already contains broadly what is to be expected.
