Replace Some Fix's with Add's and add Add Styling to Parts #20

Pretty simple, we just need to fully support the add command and start using it wherever we've actually added some things that are currently considered fixes. This would be the start of every book in the hexaglot's first verse number. Same with some of the others that aren't even marked as fixes currently.
