error adding card after HACS install #97

I have read all the documentation and I am pretty sure I did everything correctly but still get the error: "Custom element doesn't exist: ha-card-weather-conditions."

Home Assistant 2022.11.5 Supervisor 2022.11.2 Operating System 9.3 Frontend 20221108.0 - latest

ha-card-weather-conditions version: 1.9.12

The resource was added automatically via HACS install, and I have also tried without the "?hacstag=26094013619" at the end same result...

Here is the error when I try to add the card....

Any suggestions are appreciated this looks like a perfect solution to what I am looking for

Nm... its working now I think I just had to restart home assistant.... my bad!!
