[CRAN Error] Test Failure #11

Error occurs at

Either skip these on CRAN (noting a mark here) or fix in a whole lot before December 2019.

Need to find the exact reason.

cae10c0575586d3f9e669355487328e40d1e20e4 Added conditional test (a self-testing module) In future it will be implemented in a better way. See https://github.com/r-rudra/tidycells/issues/12
