Addition of two now versions of the Moran scatterplot and fixing of a typo in moran.plot.Rd #148

I have added implementations of two new versions of the Moran scatterplot: the Moran drop plot (which visualises indications of p values) and the Moran seismogram (which allows visualising critical value locations and thus potential weights misspecifications). Further, I have fixed a minor typo in the documentation file for moran.plot.
