Restructure introduction #15

One of the reviewers (and also the editor) suggested to shorten the definition of landscape ecology in the introduction and rather talk about why people should use R and not other software tools.

Why I don't want to start a discussion of R vs other tools (...maybe we should write a paper about R vs. Python just to see the world burn one day...), I had the idea to move some parts of the section " Open-source software and R " to the introduction.

What do you think?

Just looking at it again, I think the order in the introduction is actually pretty nice. So maybe just shortening the definition of landscape ecology is enough...

@mhesselbarth my suggestion would be to remove subsections (1.1 and 1.2) from Introduction, and make the first part a little bit shorter (for example, by removing the first paragraph and editing some later sentences).
