Geostats section #5

In the comments of the survey, some people mentioned topics rather related to geo-statistics (Kriging, Variograms, Kernels, etc.). Do we want to include such a section? I don't think that's strictly "landscape ecology", but often these steps are needed for analyses.

@mhesselbarth do you have any examples of landscape ecology papers using geostatistics? How geostatistics are used in LE?

I don't have any particular in mind right now. But I would assume e.g. interpolating an environmental variable using Kriging should be rather common?

I've included a geostats section now. I've moved it to below the landscape metrics section because part of it is around characterising landscapes in a complementary way to metrics (for continuous data). I still need to include references and package references, so leaving this open for now.
