Do we want to add a short reference to ROpenSci when we talk about GitHub vs. CRAN where we also talk about the technical standard CRAN ensures. Maybe we could mention that ROpenSci also ensures are code quality standard?

One sentence about initiatives such as ROpenSci could be fine. I would not suggest writing long paragraphs about it, though.
