patch test errors in flavio's changes #162

a file link was breaking tests.

@dhersz @polettif @mpadge patched a filename that was breaking tests and shuffled authors (adding @dhersz). please feel free to change as you see fit. i will submit to CRAN as is today but we can always submit again a month from now.
