Rebase with git history #2

Bringing in the history through a git mirror of the mercurial repository will make updating SDL2 a lot easier. There are a few git mirrors around that we could rebase from, I'd recommend one that automatically brins in the hg sources periodically, like: https://github.com/spurious/SDL-mirror

Hum not for now ,

At this stage it's easier to update the libretro port if we stay at the last SDL2 release (2.0.7 for this repo). And update SDL2 only if a new release is available.

Every day change in the dev branch can break something quickly and i don't have many time to update this repo.
