Remove mention of Hugo academic? #20

Hugo academic no longer exists under that name. Beside, it seems pretty specific.

Should we remove the second paragraph of https://docs.r-universe.dev/publish/set-up.html#linking-to-your-universe-from-other-websites @jeroen?

Yes that is fine. Somebody contributed that paragraph, I don't are much about it.
