Add filtering and sorting to the dashboard? #126

E.g. https://ropensci.r-universe.dev/ui#builds I might like to

hide remotes,
put packages with failing docs at the top (or with failing build etc.).

Actually the global builds page https://r-universe.dev/builds/ has data-table enabled so it has some sorting, but I was annoyed that it took some time to load. So I disabled it for the individual universes. But may we should re-consider
