Scaper adds packages with Config/runiverse/noindex to cran index #271

Package rjade has Config/runiverse/noindex and therefore does not get indexed. However it seems that with the latest changes it is now indexed under /cran. Perhaps this is not a bug because the CRAN version does not have Config/runiverse/noindex yet.

I think the scraper should add https://github.com/jeroen/rjade to the jeroen registry and explicitly set it to disabled (instead of skipping it alltogether)
