Manpages table overflow #328

The manpages table overflows because of one huge td: https://girke-lab.r-universe.dev/ChemmineOB

Strangely it works fine for e.g. Matrix: https://r-forge.r-universe.dev/Matrix

Ah it happens because one of the topics is 266 characters long:
