Botton to manually trigger some additional checks #364

Some checks are expensive or fragile so we only do them on demand. the easiest way is probably a button on the package homepage where you can trigger such extra checks. Some examples:

The extra checks could use rhub containers. For the revdep check I will probably try to use the CRAN scripts based on the rcheckserver container.

The universe generated by https://github.com/r-releases is trying to grow into an alternative to CRAN, so it would be really nice to opt in wholesale to revdep checks (#362) for all packages in the universe, as well as rerun those checks on a regular schedule (maybe a weekly basis). Does that seem feasible? Of all the potential features that could be added to r-universe, I think this one would help https://github.com/r-releases the most by far. Everything else in r-releases seems to be working really well at the moment.
