Move first document steps to separate page instead of main index #17

I would suggest moving everything from installation and later on the main onto a dedicated "Create a Live Document!" page under the "Getting Started" portion.

There is a lot going on the main page and when you need to link to how to create a document it's better to have a dedicated page.
