Add sorting feature

Add sorting data feature to filtering steps.

Hi @maciekbanas, could you add more details? What do you mind by sorting? Something like table sorting?

I thought, that besides filtering there could be a possibility to sort the values of the data covered by cohortBuilder: for tables it would be table sorting.

This is really low priority, but we could have the icon next to the tooltip icon.

• The sorting should apply to dataset
• The sorting should have three state - asc, dsc, not sorting (default)
• The sorting should be the last step of data processing
• The functionality should be implemented on cohortBuilder first
• The sorting should be also apply to reproducibility code from cohortBuilder
