Make Trilateration Algorithm selectable #31

Right now, the

- Weighted Centroid algorithm and the
- Local Signal Strength Gradient algorithm

are implemented, and Weighted Centroid is default. As in some circumstances 
LSSG performs better than WC, the algorithm should be selectable in the Project 
Site menu.
