Describe the improvement / request:
It would be better, to no set the north with a drawable, but with the device 
itself. The User should turn, so he will look at the same direction as the map.

This issue was updated by revision r170.

Finished work from Thomas to adjust the map angle by rotating the device. All 
angles are tested now and work fine together.

All items, which use the compass, do this by CompassMonitor and the callback 
method.
