Auto rotate the map #34

Describe the improvement / request:
The map should rotate, if the user turns, like implemented in Google Maps on 
the iPhone.

This issue was updated by revision r161.

Started the implementation of auto-rotation and changed the "Set North" 
functionality to be more usable. This is still work in progress.

This issue was updated by revision r164.

Added Compass Listener Interace and a stactic Factory class, so handling the 
angle is easier. The static method uses an lowpassfilter with 0.3 by default.

noticed, that if auto-rotate is activated, the compass icon always shows norh 
upwards.
