Since you know the original course link which is https://www.lynda.com/Google-Analytics-tutorials/SEO-Foundations/5040395-2.html,

I recommend you to use this release which is very stable and provided a working cookie, so you do not have a Lynda or linked in account to download the content.

Just place your link in coursesList.txt file and run LyndaDL.exe that's all.
