Rquesting the removale of PCSE00022.psv and replacing it with a newer an better one, also in-game notes for PCSE00022 (Disgaea 3) need to be changed. #114

Original author for [PCSE00022] Disgaea 3 Absence of Detention here. I remade and fixed my Disgaea 3 codes. The old ones don't work for anyone and only worked on the 1.00 version of the game and not the latest version so they need to be removed. These new codes work much better and on the latest version of the game but you also need to be on vitacheat z06 as they use segs format and won't work for any other version of vitacheat which also means you need to be on version 3.65+ vita firmware. Also the in-game notes for Disgaea 3 over in the wiki need changing. Probably need to discus a bit on what needs changing as I also have an address pic that I'd like to go on there. I also probably need to type up some new notes as well but I just wanted to get these codes out right away.
