Vita ver 3.60 Enso (vitacheat z05) PCSE00707 Ver: 1.00 NoNpDrm Cheats not working even when following the wiki. I restart multiple times and it does not activate

It's late, but common issue is the code may be only for cwf 3.65 and above. Same thing happen to Metal Slug 3 which works for 3.68 only. If this is the case; you will need to hack it yourself.
