HTTP Loop detection use Via instead #26

The proxy should do loop detection by the Via header in HTTP. This is a standard way of doing loop detection and does not require any extra DNS lookups. Less lookups makes the proxy less likely to encounter https://github.com/r0wbrt/advertsieve/issues/21.
