Add Chinese translation for documents #1511

While this is a welcomed contribution, I have got two concerns regarding this. First, while I trust these translations are correct, I have no means of verifying them. And more importantly, who will keep Chinese translation up-to-date when main translation is updated?

I am also think who will keep the Chinese translation up-to-date when the main translator is updated. I can only undertake some translation work in the future.

A modern solution could be to automatically generate AI assisted translations using a Github action when docs branch is updated
