Installing Ark Failing #3

New to docker, so please take it easy on me with this questions.

I have this docker running but I can't see to get Ark server to install via the arktools install command. It shows that it is installing but nothing happens/ can't find the server files.

When I try to startup the server I get:

Running command 'start' for instance 'main' [ WARN ] Your ARK server exec could not be found. Checking for updates before starting Checking for update; PID: 2846 Downloading ARK update ... Update download interrupted The server is starting... The server is now running, and should be up within 10 minutes

When I check the files in the docker nothing is there. Any help would be appreciated.
