L does not render properly across all windows Apps

Which program triggers the problem? Specify the filename if possible.
fails to render letter l or L in some situations in windows 7 64 bit

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.none, it just happens randomly, some apps do it, other don't

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the letter L not a space instead

What version of gdipp (including renderer)? On which operating system?
gdipp_x64_0.9.1

This particular issue only seems to crop up with the Segoe UI font; other fonts 
seem to render just fine instead. Could just be something with the way it's 
handling the pixel grid with that specific font at smaller sizes.
