I set pom.xml to generate UTF-8 html,
but the source code of html is UTF-16?
title below should be <title>The Apache HBase&#153; 参考指南</title>

but is was:
<html><head>
      <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">
   <title>The Apache HBase&#153; &#21442;&#32771;&#25351;&#21335;</title>
