Custom-From is broken with Roundcube 1.0

Hello, With the last version of Roundcube (1.0-RC), the plugin is broken. I can see it in the "About" window but the button isn't added anymore on the compose page. Can you fix it? Thanks.

I just upgraded Roundcube to 1.0-RC and plugin works fine, however it doesn't show up in "About" window. Are you sure you installed the latest version?

My bad, I understood the error. I cloned this repo and used mv custom_from/* . But for some reason, Roundcube doesn't like the hyphen in Custom-From... Sorry for that!

Also, to have this plugin listed in the "About" window, it needs composer.json. Maybe you want to move this file inside the custom_from directory?

Unfortunately the "composer.json" needs to be at repository root and I don't want to move the entire project one folder up. I'll wait for another version of RoundCube that doesn't rely on composer.json to list its plugins :)
