Hi,
You can add addition information for each cell in the metaData which is a data.frame x.sp@metaData

Dear Rongxin, can I add additional metadata to 1) single barcodes/cells or 2)even only to whole experiments during "createSnap"?
Concerning 1 I want to add protein-expression values and then visualize it for each cell.
In case of 2) the createSnap function seems to only allow to specify "file" and "sample", but nothing in addition. I'd like to add information I have for my sample and the visualize it in a umap similar as you visualize 2 different biological replicates in the tutorial, but I have several things for one sample I would like to add.
Thanks a lot! Christian
