Release 1.4.8 on PyPi, v1.2.3 on GitHub #20

On PyPi v1.4.8 is already releassed, however on GitHub the latest release is v1.2.3.

I am putting SnapTools on bioconda, and would like to use the newest version if possible. Could you update this :smile:?

Never mind, I realised I can build from PyPi as well :angel:
