Remove Add Nerf Buff (if possible)

if possible we should turn off the journey map until we get to a certain point so that the antique atlas isn't useless (otherwise we can remove AA too)
Morph should not start until after we kill the wither or something
The energy exchanger chest from Project E should require a nether star in the recipe since its OP
The portal gun should also require a nether star
Time torches as well^^
we should probably remove some of the everlasting abilities from normal mob drops
Not sure how we can buff totemic but its pretty weak
We may want to change "spice of life" from carrot edition to the other one because wade and I had double hearts in like 30 minutes
