As the R4DS owner, I'd like to limit what any individual mentor can do to the calendar, so that we don't have any craziness if someone is disgruntled.
As an R4DS learner, I'd like to know who has an office hour, so that I can ask them questions directly. (to do this we need a connection between the calendar event and the user, and right now we don't have that)
If the logged in user has mentors_chat in their channel list, consider them "approved" to add an office hour event. They can always delete an office hour event that they "own."
Will have to migrate the calendar over, but also continue to populate the gcal (easier to share than a random app).
