If a person has #mentors_chat in their channel list, they're a mentor. Potentially only show the dashboard to them (although that part is slightly less important, and doesn't really matter until/unless I add more things to the app).
Check the member list of that channel. Only "count" bookkeeping emoji from mentors + the original poster. This will keep people from gaming the app (and give us a mechanism to deal with people who do -- namely, remove them from the mentors_chat channel).
