my GLIBC version is 2.31 by the way ı am using virtual ubuntu.

Could you explain what do you mean by "virtual ubuntu"?

Sorry it was not clear I dont know is it related or not ı am using ubuntu in virtual box. And this https://github.com/CptGibbon/CVE-2021-3156 this worked for me . Thanks for your reply.

If the one shot exploit doesn't work, try the other one. The other exploit is more generic and works on most systems.
