Why the list is still being developed. #213

There exist already bigger cookie lists: "Fanboy's Cookie List" and "I don't care about cookies", so I've just wanted to ask why this list is still being developed, as 3/4 of this small list is made redundant by the bigger lists.

@kulfoon It's really just for me but it exists on github and some other people decided to use it
