UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xe2 in position 4: invalid continuation byte #23

When trying to create the ebook using

syncabook create civil_disobedience

I get this error

UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xe2 in position 4: invalid continuation byte

Does anyone know the solution?
