Open in Wiki keybind blocks outside Path of Exile #22

Some hotkeys are blocking inputs while alt tabbed, for example if I use CTRL+ALT+Q for wiki and alt tab it will block that input (it should write an \ character on Hungarian keyboard).

This blocking persists with "Suspend Hotkeys" enabled too.

This bug only happens with the "Open in Wiki" keybind
